Center for Agrarian and Rural Development – Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD-MRI)
In partnership with CARD-MRI, the Foundation is to design, implement, and establish a drug formulary and social marketing strategy for affordable essential drugs. This project will address the inaccessibility issues of the poor in Bondoc Peninsula and in the 4th district of Quezon province. ZFF intervenes by providing technical assistance through pre-selection of drug suppliers for CARD-MRI, developing a list of essential medicines, training pharmacists of preferred pharmacy and Hapinoy stores, and monitoring and evaluation of the system. This project will be implemented in strategically planned phases for maximum impact.
