The choice of CHPP partner municipalities come from our development partners on the ground. These are partners who focus on socio-development initiatives but are inclined towards health-related interventions. These are the following:
DSWD Kalahi-CIDSS: Kapit-bisig Laban sa Kahirapan- Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Bacolod, Lanao del Norte)
Local Governance Support Program in ARMM (SLAM)
Synergeia Foundation, Inc. (Dao, Capiz)
AIM Team Energy Center (Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya)
AIM Team Energy Foundation (Padre Burgos, Quezon)
Aside from the main programs conducted in research, training and community partnership, the Foundation has other programs that address the problems in health system delivery and regulation. These are some of the concurrent projects with partner institutions:
Congressional Committee on Science, Technology and Engineering (COMSTE): As part of COMSTE, ZFF works towards enhancing the potential role of Information and Communications Technology in ensuring the provision of quality healthcare particularly in poor areas.
Health Systems in Transition (HiT) Philippines: ZFF is part of a pool of health experts commissioned to conduct a country-based study on health systems and policies. This is part of the continuous effort to promote evidence-based policy-making, initiated by the WHO European Region through the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. This notable distinction is essential in the continuing pursuit of the Foundation’s advocacy on health.
Assistance to Senate/Congress Committees on Health: Recognizing ZFF as a rational sounding board on public health issues, the Foundation had been invited to various undertakings of Congress particularly by the Committee on Health. ZFF takes pride in this involvement as it reflects the credibility of the Foundation.
